Steve Gillanders,
B.Sc., CEPIT
Steve Gillanders has been directly involved
in the environmental industry since 1999 and has a broad range of
experience including GIS analysis and map production, database management,
GPS data collection, biophysical and wildlife field surveys, fish
and fish habitat inventories, and the development of technical reports
and training materials. He has over a decade of experience in the
forest industry and has extensive field experience in coastal and
interior British Columbia.
Steve is currently a graduate student in the
UBC Department of Forest Resources Management doing an MSc focussed
on the use of remote sensing imagery to monitor forest stand regeneration
following mountain pine beetle infestation.
